Stanley is a growing town of over 2,000 people located along Highway 29 East
of Chippewa Falls. Historic buildings such as the
D.R. Moon Memorial Library are on the state registrar
of historic buildings.
Fandry Park is located on the Shores of Chapman Lake
and features the Stanley-Boyd Area Veterans
Memorial. Chapman Park, on the west side of Stanley, is one
of the nicest parks in Chippewa County offering campgrounds
with electricity and showers, picnic areas, shelters, playgrounds,
swimming pools, ball fields, tennis courts, and a wild game
park. Three other parks lie within the City of Stanley.
Excellent acute care is readily available at Victory Medical
Center which is a part of Ministry Health Care. 24-hour
Emergency Service and an 86 bed skilled nursing facility offer patients quality service.
